Healthy lifestyle programme
On Wednesday and Thursday two people came to talk to our ty class about the importance of healthy eating and excerise. They both gave us a talk as to what foods we should be eating and then they brought us outside and did games with us which were very fun. We were divided into groups and we did relay races endurance races and strength games. At the end of the end of the two days gave out a trophy for the team that had won the most races. Unfortunately my team didn't win The man that was with us was an ex army so he was pushing us to our limits to get us to do our best. His wife was a nutritionish and she talked to us about what kind of food to eat and what food to avoid At the end of the week he awarded the best people who he thought he done the best in the games with a medal. Before they left they gave us a lefet to show us what foods we should be eating to stay healthy. Overall the two days were good fun as we had talks for a hour and then we would go outside for the rest of the day and play games.
